Advantages
This product is our company's latest design of self-sealing center line butterfly valve, is an innovative product, rubber lined valve plate and valve body channel only trace interference, seal pair wear is very small, greatly improve the service life of the valve, and simple structure, small opening and closing torque, easy operation and maintenance.
The sealing performance of the valve is proportional to the fluid pressure, and the pressure level of the middle line butterfly valve is improved, and the sealing test pressure is above 5.0MPa. It can be applied to some pipeline systems with frequent opening and closing and high pressure, and can replace some high-performance valves.
The valve is lined with rubber valve plate on both sides of the sealing lip, in the closing process of the valve can also play the role of scraping the silt and dirt inside the channel; 4. The internal and external surfaces of the valve adopt epoxy resin powder fluidized bed dip coating process, which overcomes the shortcomings of electrostatic spraying valve body surface easy to form shielding, longer anti-corrosion life, and can be directly applied to drinking water, food, pharmaceutical and other industries.
It can be equipped with handle, manual worm gear driving device, electric device and pneumatic device according to customer requirements.
