Product Features and Advantages

Full-port design: It offers a 100% flow area to improve flow characteristics and reduce head loss. The non-restrictive flow path design, combined with the streamlined and smooth valve body contour, allows large solids to pass through, reducing the possibility of blockages.

Reinforced valve disc: The valve disc is integrally injection-molded, with a built-in steel plate and reinforced nylon structure, ensuring years of trouble-free performance.

Spring plate accelerator: The unique stainless-steel spring plate accelerator closely follows the movement of the rubber disc, effectively speeding up the closing of the valve disc.

Two moving parts: The self-resetting rubber disc and the stainless-steel spring plate accelerator are the only two moving parts. There are no packings, mechanically-driven pins, or bearings.
V-type sealing structure: The synthetic reinforced rubber disc and the integral V-ring sealing design ensure stable sealing of the valve seat under both high and low pressures.

Arched top valve cover: The large-sized valve cover design enables the replacement of the rubber disc without removing the valve body from the pipeline. It provides space for flushing the valve disc, achieving a non-blocking function. There is a tapped port on the outside of the valve cover for installing an optional valve disc position indicator.
